About Online Counseling Sessions:

In-person sessions are great, but sometimes that just isn’t possible, so we offer online counseling sessions. Because we believe personal growth is important regardless of circumstances, we are happy to offer HIPAA Compliant video counseling sessions or phone counseling sessions. We believe in the value of connection, even in situations where in-person connection opportunities are limited.  We can provide EMDR therapy, in addition to standard talk therapy for all ages. We strive to make these online counseling sessions feel as much like an in-person session as possible, providing the same level of professionalism as sessions that are physically in our office.  We offer both phone counseling sessions and video counseling sessions to make it easiest for you to access help.

About Our Phone Counseling Sessions:

Although we cannot provide EMDR therapy sessions via phone, we do still provide the option of talk therapy sessions this way. We can help you to process through stressors, manage anxiety, improve coping skills, manage grief and sort through relationship challenges during these phone sessions from the comfort of your home or office.

About Our Video Counseling Sessions/ Telehealth:

We utilize a HIPAA compliant video platform to provide the option of secure online counseling sessions via video.   During these sessions we can provide EMDR therapy, in addition to standard talk therapy, to both adults (and even children with the help of their caregivers.) We strive to make these sessions feel as much like an in-person session as possible, providing much the same level of professionalism as sessions that are physically in our office.

Tips For a Successful Online Counseling Session

We are offering extended hours to give you more options for times when you might have a few minutes to yourself. As a result, we offer sessions during evenings and weekends to best accommodate our clients.   Another consideration to ensure the best experience is to treat the online counseling session no differently than you would an in-person session.  Discuss with your therapist any concerns you have about using this format as they may be able to help you problem solve barriers so that you can proceed with the counseling with confidence and trust in the process.
