THERAPIST

  • Marriage and Family Therapist
With over a decade of experience helping clients find meaningful change, I bring a unique mix of insight, strategy, and warmth to my work as a therapist. Before stepping into therapy, I spent over a decade consulting and advising both large and small companies, learning what really drives personal and relational growth. Now, I work with couples, parents, individuals, and teens to support them through life’s challenges, helping them uncover new paths toward fulfillment and purpose.

In our sessions, you’ll find I’m both intuitive and honest. I’ll share what I notice and provide sincere feedback, but always with warmth and compassion. I believe true healing happens when we’re willing to dig deep, and I aim to create a space where you can explore your unique story. Together, we’ll tap into your strengths and find new opportunities to shape the life and relationships you want.

When working with couples, I take the time to understand how each person is experiencing the relationship. I believe that every partnership is unique, and I aim to provide concrete steps toward solutions while also exploring the deeper dynamics at play. Together, we’ll identify patterns, enhance communication, and work towards rebuilding trust and connection. My approach is grounded in evidence-based methods like the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Systems Theory, so each session is tailored to where you are in your journey.

Outside of therapy, I’ve been happily married for seven years, and our young son and loyal golden retriever keep our family active. I’m a fan of the outdoors—whether it’s hiking, camping, or skiing—and my travels around the world have broadened my perspective and appreciation for different cultures. I’d love to connect with you and support you in building a life grounded in healing and growth.
