THERAPIST

  • Marriage and Family Therapist

Hi, I’m Russ, a Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in helping high-achieving professionals and couples build stronger, more fulfilling lives. Before becoming a therapist, I spent a decade in high-pressure consulting roles while trying to balance career, marriage, and family. I know firsthand how hard life can feel while trying to be a great partner, parent, friend, and employee… not to mention trying to take a moment to improve yourself. But I’ve also done my own work in therapy and know how impactful it can be towards healing and building a fulfilling life.

I left the corporate world because I wanted to have real, meaningful conversations that lead to lasting change. Therapy is one of the few places in modern society where we can pause, reflect, and peel back the layers of what’s really going on. I love helping people navigate these pivotal moments of growth, whether they’re feeling stuck individually or struggling in their relationship.

For Professionals
I work with high-achieving professionals in business, finance, law, tech, and medicine. My clients are often motivated and successful—but often overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, and the pressure to be perfect at work and at home. If you’re feeling stretched too thin or disconnected from the things that matter most, we can work together to create real, lasting change.

For Couples
I work with couples at all stages, whether you’re preparing for marriage, struggling with ongoing conflict, or facing a major relationship challenge like infidelity or the possibility of divorce. Maybe you’re fighting more than usual, feeling more like a roommate than a partner, or questioning whether you can rebuild trust after betrayal. I help couples break unhealthy patterns, strengthen communication, and repair their connection, so they can move toward a relationship that truly works for both partners.

What It’s Like to Work With Me
I take a warm but direct approach to therapy—I’ll be honest about what I see, but always with care and compassion. I believe healing happens when we’re willing to go deeper, and I create a space where you can do just that. We’ll take the time to get to know each other and as you feel comfortable, we’ll peel back the layers. Whether you’re here as an individual or a couple, we’ll work together to create meaningful change that lasts.
