If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you do so 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for that time, as is outlined in our Disclosures. Once an account has been created, clients may go online and cancel, modify or reschedule their own appointments.
Payment is not due until the time of service, however if you would like to pay in advance for services, there are two options. You may do either of the following:
- Login to your client portal by clicking on the above scheduling link associated with your therapist and proceed to the payment processing option.
- Enter payment amount box below and submit to proceed to payment processing site. If you are uncertain as to the amount to be paid, please refer to your client portal or contact your therapist.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover card in addition to checks or cash.
